Defending The Name Of Jesus

Singing praises to Jesus name began for me when I was four years old. A barefoot toddler in the hills of West Virginia, born into a poor family. My mother was converted out of the Brethren church, the Baptist church, and the Methodist church. It was in 1949 she discovered salvation was not in joining a church and shaking a preacher's hand. She was just 32 years old. Her exodus from the Catholic/Protestant denominations occurred on a Sunday evening when she received the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

I was four years old when salvation came into our house. This Acts 2:38 salvation never departed after it entered. My mother never backslid. She remained faithful to the Lord Jesus for the next 24 years, dying at the age of 56. When she passed, Pastor Reckart was just 28 years old. The four year old was now her Pastor. She birth, trained, taught, and raised up the shy little boy who would be the one to finalize her journey to meet Jesus.

It was in those formative years Pastor Reckart learned a lot about the name of Jesus. But generally it was about Acts 2:38 and the name of baptism and initial salvation. We sang songs to Jesus name. We worshipped Jesus name. We praised Jesus name. We called on Jesus name for help, for miracles, to cast out demons, doing all things in that name. But the real indepth knowledge of that name was never taught. We believed in this name because it was in the King James Version and this was the Bible Jesus and the Apostles used. So, if it was in the KJV no more was needed to understand, we just accepted the name of Jesus how ever it was used in the Bible.

At the same time I was born, during my childhood years, and during my junior adult years, there was birthing in the United States an apostate religious movement that was denying the name of Jesus and was teaching this name meant pig god. This group was teaching if a person was not rebaptized in the name of YHWH, which was said to be pronounced Yahweh, they could not be saved. The YHWH movement spread rapidly in the underground out of sight of most Jesus Name churches. Only here and there one would rise but they were ignored. Any souls lost to these apostates were considered people who never would be under subjection anyway and so the trend was just to say good-riddance. But this little group of YHWH people would not cease to exist. They would grow in massive numbers as more and more people were convinced the name of Jesus came from the Greek god Zeus, or from some other alleged source. In all of Pastor Reckart's years of ministry he never met one of these people. He had only heard of them.

It was in 1993 Pastor Reckart was challenged to meet these YHWH people and defend the name of Jesus. The debate was in Conyer's Georgia. This was a debate that would change the future of the world and in many nations in regards to the name of Jesus. Pastor Reckart assembled the greatest collection of information in defense of the name of Jesus ever assembled any where in the world. Since that time, he has shared his findings with many thousands of people and ministers. The sharing continues but not without a massive storm of hate from many people who refuse to give up the YHWH pagan name the Jews inserted into the Bible scrolls beginning in Babylon with the Aramaic text.

In defending the name of Jesus, other doctrines were soon affected. Ways we did and said things, the doctrines we taught that were all associated with YHWH were soon challenged. And from these battles and wars of the YHWH people against the name of Jesus, Pastor Reckart remains steadfast and dedicated to educate the world.

There are many haters, many gossipers, many slanders, many novice idiots, and even some pretty impressive men of God, who refuse to lift up the name of Jesus above all names.

Today in many nations, Jesus is raising up his sheep. They will lift up his name above all names.

I can honestly say, there is no other name equal to or that exceeds the name of Jesus.

YHWH is a false name and any names such as Jehovah or Yahweh are false. We should not be using them in any of our Apostolic Churches. These names were invented by Catholic monks. Is it a hard thing to admit these are fake and false names we have been taught to praise and worship?

Come now beloved of the Lord, come apart from the nations and the world, come and lift up the name of Jesus above all names. I send forth this plea "come"according to Revelation 21:17. COME!
