Those who believed in the resurrection of Jesus were of one mind.
Those who heard Jesus say to stay in Jerusalem until they were endued with power from on high were in one accord (agreement).
The number was about 120 on the day of Pentecost who came very early in the morning for the daily prayer and tarry service.
As the thousands of Jews from many nations walked the streets on their way to the Temple, tongues (flames) of fire fell from heaven from the presence of God upon those gathered in the upper room.
The power came.
On the day of Pentecost the power came.
These were all holiness righteous Jews from the 12 tribes. They were not sinners repenting. They were not backsliders coming back home. They were not Gentiles seeking religion without a God.
These were Jews who believed Jesus was the Messieh King of Israel.
They believed in his death, burial, and resurrection.
They believed he was the seed of David, born of the virgin Mary, and was Christ the Lord.
They believed as John said: "he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and fire."
Make no mistake about it, the 120 were not trying to figure religion out. They were not in doctrinal arguments or disagreement. They were in the most perfect mind and accord of any people to ever live upon the earth. This was the first Church.
The ministry was not a pack of pig preachers seeking the #1 personality award.
The ministry was not a religious order of men who had sworn secret oaths.
The ministry was not a bunch of novices trying to muscle a spot among the Apostles to take one down and replace him.
The ministry was not a group of men wearing black robes, turned-around collars, and decorated with Greek alphabet emblems and images of a dove or a cross.
The ministers were not card carrying pedigreed unionizers of some religious organization.
The Ministry was men who had been called out, who followed, who subjected themselves to teaching, who had humbled themselves to the office of a Bishopric, and who at last had been ordained.
On the day of Pentecost all 12 of the Apostles were present and the FOUNDATION WAS LAID.
No other man can lay another FOUNDATION. This means any man who tries to build or establish a church wherein the Apostles are not the FOUNDATION is false. Anyone who claims Mathias was not the correct Apostle is wrong. The Church would have begun without a FOUNDATION of 12 Apostles.
The Ministry stood together because they were all filled with the same Holy Ghost baptism. There was not one among them who was not filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Any man who claims to be a minister of the New Testament Church who has not received this Pentecost Holy Ghost is a false preacher. Before any man takes up the Bible to preach or teach he must be filled with the Holy Ghost or he is OUT OF ORDER!
On the day of Pentecost, the whole New Testament Church was doctrinally established. It and it alone contained the way of salvation to God. Here, the holy Alijeh began. The journey to God was now open to all the world. On the day of Pentecost, the door to the Kingdom was opened by the Apostle Peter. And it remains open today.
I know the exact moment the door was open. It was opened when Peter spoke the words of Acts 2:38. At the moment he say Repent the key went into the door. When he said be baptized the key was turned in the lock. And when the said receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, the door swung open.
No man can shut the Kingdom door because Peter has the keys. He died and NEVER shut the door. Therefore it is open right now. It is open on this 2011 day of Pentecost. It is not shut. Whomsoever will can still come.
The Spirit and the Bride say COME!
Yes, the Spirit and the Church say COME!
Bishop Reckart, speaking for the Holy Spirit to the nations, says COME!
Let the day of Pentecost become an annual Holy Ghost day.
We may need to change our schedules. We may need to change the way we think and do things. We may need to suspend and do away with man-made traditions. But let's do it.
It is time for a return to the FOUNDATION. A day to remember the birth of the Bride of Christ. A day to prayer as never before. A calling out to God for all of us.
We must press. We must press through. We must not quit. There is power to receive.
Let all those who are holy and righteous COME.
Let all those who are lost on their way to hell COME.
Let the backsliders repent and COME back home.
Let the ministry stop its stupidity and personality games and get right with God.
Let the Church be filled with the Holy Ghost.
Let the name of Jesus be exalted.
On this day give the highest praise: Praise-JESUS!
The day of Pentecost has come for the year 2011.
Bishop Reckart sends out to the nations a message of hope. The DOOR is open and no man can shut it.
The day of Pentecost has come.
Happy Birthday Church.
