Heard at a funeral awhile back:
"Sister Mary won't need that body any more."
"She is already in heaven with her new body. She is dancing on the streets of glory in her gold slippers."
I can hear Sister Mary say,
"Don't cry for me, I am in a better place."
Is it true a person goes to heaven when they die and do not sleep in the grave until the resurrection?
Is it true they do not need the body any more?
Can preachers channel the voices of the dead back to the living?
Why are preachers allowed to practice this witchcraft and NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING?
And what happens to the new body if they must come back to the earth to fetch their old body?
Does the new body get inside of the old body?
Are there two eternal bodies: the new one and the old one that is resurrected and glorified?
Will in fact, many tens of thousands leave the wedding supper after being in heaven seven years in their new body and come back into their graves and swoop up their old body again?
If your present body is to be your eternal body after the resurrection, should you not be careful how you lay it down in death?
And if you do not die in holiness and full of the Holy Ghost, how shall you be raised holy in that body?
Is this why it says: "and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord?"
And these liberals that say holiness is bondage, it is legalism, it is colonialism, it is man-made standards, it is nonbiblical: how shall they be raised? Do they put on heavenly holiness in the grave? How do they agree to it after they are dead?
How can a person prepare for heaven after they die?
The Catholics have a way for this.
Do many believe in post-death holiness but without candles, without a mass being prayed, without the sprinkle of holy water, and without the burning of incense? Is it true that after death a person can put on holiness by faith only?
When lies are told about the coming of Jesus, more lies must be invented to make the first lie work.
Preterist claim all those who died in the Lord from Pentecost to 70AD were resurrected in 70AD. They claim after this each person is raptured in their own private rapture upon death. They teach only those who died before 70AD need their body and the resurrection. After 70AD the body is not needed any more and those who die get a new body in heaven. Since they will not be coming back to get into the resurrected body, they do not need it any more. Since they do not need it any more, it does not matter how you discard it and lay it down.
Because of this doctrine, holiness is unessential to death. Holiness is unessential to death? Did I hear that right? They claim the only thing essential to death is faith only.
And the Calvinist claim those elected by predestination are not even required to have faith. Because they were chosen to eternal salvation without any merit. By merit they mean any act of the mind or body. Even believing is considered a merit. These believe upon death they go straight to heaven and fetch their new body at the eastern gate as their spirit arrives. The new bodies are on a coat hanger waiting on the next arrival. When a spirit arrives, take a new body from a coat hanger or off a shelf and just jump inside. Presto, new body and spirit are made one by a special miracle of hypostatic union.
Then non Preterist hold nearly the same doctrine. They alter it a little, but they still get the dead to heaven in a bodiless resurrection and say the dead do not need the body any more.
Lies, lies, a lot of lies. I said so!
I am here to straighten out the lies. I care not who hates me for doing so. I care not for the young novices who spout off their nonsense. And I care not for what a religion believes or teaches when it is false and founded upon lies. I know my enemies are many. But God loves me. I know he loves me because he said so (1John 2:5).

I thought about the body of the dead and would become of it? I have never heard anyone preach on it in all my 13+ years in the Apostolic Church of Jesus Messieh. Pastor Reckart was the first one I heard explain the importance of physical body. I wish we had more time to learn more.
ReplyDeleteI went home thinking on this, "The Body of the Dead and Importance of it". What Jesus showed was awesome and I can't put all hear, but here is a summary.
Jesus Messieh came to earth to be our savior. One of his purpose was to be an EXAMPLE. This example include, but is not limited to his life, death, burial, resurrection, and glorification. His resurrection and glorification has to do with his body. Yes, I said that right, his physical body he had while he lived on earth.
Jesus died in the middle of Daniel 70th week and was buried in Joseph's sepulcher in 30A.D. This was on Thursday evening (just before sunset). Thursday night - 1st night; Friday in the day - 1st day; Friday night - 2nd night; Saturday in the day - 2nd day; Saturday night - 3rd night; Sunday morning - 3rd day. On (not AFTER, but ON)the 3rd day Jesus rose from the dead. What rose? Was a separate soul that rose or was a soul its body that did rose? The Gospel writers were consistent here that the body with its soul rose from the dead. If you do not believe it then answer this, where is Jesus body? Would you believe the Pharisee Antichrist lie that Jesus' disciples came by night and steal the body or will you believe that his old physical body was resurrected and glorified. My bible told me many people, including those early at the Tomb, the apostles, Romans, and Jewish antichrist and they could not find the body of our master. If they did not, then they must tell what become of it. The angel met the woman at the grave side and said his body is not here; he is risen. Did they said that? Yes, read Luke 24:1-6 now. They answered the question, "What happened to Jesus body? It was resurrected according to Angels testimony. Apostles saw after and could also testified. Jesus glorified body has many similarity to his physical body in likeness and resemblance and believed the same is true with ours. I do not have the answers for what it will be like, feel like and look like, but I have Jesus as my example. We can get a picture from his resurrected and glorified body.
Yes our physical body will be changed.
If you get this revelation, you will agree with Pastor Reckart, that we must lay it down right in order for it to come up right. Yes, holiness is still very important here.
Jesus bless you.
Jesus Son
Thank you Jesus son. You wrote the truth. About predestination, Calvinism is false. Partial Calvinism of Baptist is false. if we were elected without faith and grace, then Calvary was unnecessary. Plus, those damned had no choice. There was no Calvary intended for them. My predestination is because God knew my response to the Gospel and that I would be saved and predestinated the end of my journey. Predestination means "before destination." This is the end of the journey. I am predestinated in him. But I had a choice in my destination. Heaven and hell are two predestinated destinations. I chose to be saved in the predestinated plan of salvation. Hallelu-Jesus.
